Build effective and efficient running form...

An efficient running technique can help minimise injury risk, boost performance, and make for a more enjoyable experience. Through video analysis, I will assess your running form in relation to your goals and the principles of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. I will then prepare a tailored programme of running drills, strength training, and mobility work.

Good running technique rests on the properties of structures such as tendons and individual muscles, coordinated in such a way as to minimise loss of energy and integrate some key reflexes.

Biomechanics was my favourite module as university...who wouldn't love maths and biology combined!?
